HOW TO REGISTER
To register, it is necessary to fill in the on-line Registration Form.
Upon submit the registration form, an email will be sent with all the registration details. When you proceed with the payment by credit card the invoice will be sent in attachment to the mentioned email.
The confirmation email should be presented at the registration desk at the Summer School venue to pick up your materials.
Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Summer School Secretariat on July 15, 2015 at the latest.
All participants will receive the Letter of Confirmation within three working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to people who have completed the registration process.

Registration Fee Includes:
- Admission to all sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday;
- Summer School materials;
- Coffee breaks and Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
before August 15, 2015:
full refund of the registration fee less 50 EUR handling fee
from August 16, 2015:
